School FitCamp

St. John Neumann After School FitCamp/Fitness Bootcamp

SJN Parents & Students Sign up Month to Month recurring (cancel at any time)
After School Summer Schedule Tuesday & Thursday 4:00PM - 4:45PM.  Students will be grouped with other students and parents/faculty/staff in an alternate group during circuit training station work out.

 

$100 per month plus 7% FL tax (Total $107.00)- Your Membership Includes: 2 days per week at SJN after school on Tuesday & Thursday & you are also eligible to attend any of our morning & evening sessions at either of our 2 locations as apart of your membership (Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park- 14445 SW 122 Ave, Miami, FL 33186 or Tropical Park - 7900 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155 (in the football stadium near the track). The days of week and times for the evening sessions are as follows:
 Monday, Tuesday, & Thursday from 6pm - 7pm or 7pm - 8pm and beginning June 12th, 2017 we will have 30 minute express Morning sessions at Deerwood Bonita Lakes Park 6:30am - 7am; 7am - 7:30am; 7:30am - 8am; 8am - 8:30am; & 8:30am - 9am.  We also now have our Run/Walk Club on Wednesdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm at either park.  You will also be able to attend our 1st Saturday of each month session fro 9am - 10am (location alternates between Deerwood & Tropical Park).  See our home page for more information on our evening sessions and also take note of our membership requirements and cancelation policies below.

Step away from the desk, whiteboards, and computer screens and give yourselves an energy boost by training your mind and body to be in the best shape it can be.  St. John Neumann's FitCamp/Bootcamp is for everyone of all ages, shapes, sizes, and abilities.  Our fitness levels range from couch potatoes and those that haven't worked out in years to seasoned and retired athletes.  Whether you are looking to do some light toning up or if you are trying to fit back into your prom dress or tuxedo from 25 years ago, we can help.  Parents and Faculty, not to worry, we will group kids in their own groups and adults in separate groups to better match you all up with your fitness levels and friends.  So, please don't worry about trying to keep up with the youngsters as our certified and professionally trained staff have been doing both large and small sized bootcamps for a long time and we have all of your concerns in mind.  Simply sign up and you will be apart of the new bootcamp family at St. John Neumann and join an already large group of members should you wish o join us at our evening sessions at our other local outdoor locations.

Lastly, because the school season comes to a close around June each year, you can choose to suspend your membership until we resume the following school year or keep your membership and new found physique active by joining us during our Summer schedule and at our regularly scheduled morning & evening sessions where we never cancel.  See our home page and about us page for more detail.  From experience fitness is a lifestyle and not seasonal.  Many times stopping for long periods of a month or more make it much harder to start again leading to rapid weight gain, muscle loss, and overall loss of conditioning and endurance levels.  So even though school is out, we highly recommend continuing year around and you will look and feel great 24/7/365.

Great benefits & reasons that your middle school child (6th, 7th, & 8th grader) may be a good fit for the After School Fitness Bootcamp Program run by Operation Triple T, LLC:


You should consider signing up your 6th, 7th, or 8th grade child if:


- they are not very active during the week (Children and youth aged 5–17 should accumulate at least 60 minutes of moderate- to vigorous-intensity physical activity daily. Amounts of physical activity greater than 60 minutes provide additional health benefits. - they naturally like to be challenged and try new things.

- if they aren't fond of certain sports offered but like the thought of being in shape.

- exercise helps to provide more energy for your child throughout the week which increases their alertness, memory, & comprehension during school

- great teamwork environment that builds camaraderie amongst their peers

- promotes early education that proper rest, proper nutrition, & proper exercise is a lifestyle that leads to healthier teenage & adult years preventing illnesses and other health risks.

Benefits of Physical Activity for Young People

Appropriate practice of physical activity assists young people to: 

  • develop healthy musculoskeletal tissues (i.e. bones, muscles and joints);
  • develop a healthy cardiovascular system (i.e. heart and lungs);
  • develop neuromuscular awareness (i.e. coordination and movement control);
  • maintain a healthy body weight.

- helps to provide you with sound & proven educational fitness & nutritional guidelines versus fad diets or harmful training programs that exist

- helps reduce unwanted inches & weight gain which can lead to other health concerns, i.e. high blood pressure, high cholesterol, pre Diabetes, or other health risks associated with prolonged inactivity. 

- if you already have a weekly fitness routine that's great. Our bootcamp will not interfere with that but only help to get you closer to your overall goals and give your body a positive jolt that you may have been missing. i.e. If you only run or walk we can add the resistance & core training component. If you only lift, we will add the cardiovascular component and do so in a unique, fun, & safe way at every session.  If you are not consistant, we can help add more routine in your life.

Membership Requirements & Cancelation Policies:
  • No Cash Payments will be accepted.
  • All payments must be on an automatic debit monthly recurring payment plan.
  • All payments are subject to standard Florida Tax of 7%.
  • Members must agree to one of the 2 options listed above (pricing per session is merely to showcase the great rates customers are receiving). 
  • Sorry, no per session registration is available.
  • If you wish to cancel, you must contact our office via e-mail at info@operationttt.com at least 3 days before your scheduled payment date to avoid being charged. If your payment has already been debited from your account, sorry no refunds but we can then cancel your membership moving forward.  Once again no refunds for months already pre paid for.
  • Members that miss the cancellation deadline will not be refunded but are able to attend for the remaining days of the month.
  • Returning members with a previous unpaid balances will first need to meet any preceding obligations up front in addition to paying the requested package in full and be approved by the head of billing to become a member again.
  • Member package will auto renew on the anniversary date for the same terms and same rate. Members are responsible for requesting any adjustments before their anniversary date. It is not the responsibility of Operation Triple T, LLC, or any of it's management, staff, or affiliates to remind you of your upcoming due dates or anniversary dates.
