FAQ's

Where do we go in the event of foul weather?

For foul weather, we have a designated work out area within the Park Office.  For overly foul weather i.e. Tornadao warnings, hurricanes, etc., our staff members will notify you via text to cancel and to reschedule it to another day.  However, if you do not receive an email or text this means that we are still in session.  Please be patient as there are times of light showers that quickly pass and we will work under the office breezeway or go into our indoor work out area to avoid canceling your much deserved session.

How do I sign up & pay?

Signing up and saving your spot for the month can be done by:
  • Click on the Packages/Rates tab and click the Buy Now / Subscribe button.  Most if not all major credit cards are accepted

Can I pay per session?

We would prefer that you choose from one of 4 package options available found in the "PACKAGES/RATES" section of our website (Month to Month, 3 Month, 6 Month, 12 Month).  However, please contact us by calling or emailing us directly if you have a special situation or schedule that may prevent you from selecting one of these options.

Do you allow kids, pre-teens, teenagers?

Yes, we accept kids 10 and over to work out with specialized exercises with the adults.  During certain times of the year we offer our Junior bootcamp sessions where kids 4-9 years old are welcome.  Parents always call if you have a child on the cusp of the age groups or if they have special needs or circumstances.  We will always give you our honest and professional advice for what we offer and what your child can expect.  Children must be signed in by a connecting adult along with all of the registration packet information.  All children will be grouped based on ability and fitness level.  Exercises will be age appropriate, unique, and always full of fun recognition.

Typically preteens and teens have the ability to work out with the adults.

Can I bring my personal items with me?

To reduce the risk of lost or stolen items, we ask that you leave all valuable and personal items at home and avoid bringing them with you.  Also please avoid leaving valuables in your vehicles as Miami Dade County Parks & Recreation Department nor Operation Triple T, LLC or any of its staff can or will be held liable for such lost or stolen items.  Thank you for understanding.

What equipment, items, materials, should I bring to your fitness sessions?

Please see the "ITEMS TO BRING" tab on our website.
